What exactly is included in a fixed-price package?
Every package includes a discovery call, a written scope document, the full build and testing of your automation workflow, go-live deployment, and 30 days of post-launch support. You know exactly what you get before you pay anything.
Do I need to know anything about AI or automation?
Zero. You tell us what manual work is eating your time. We handle the tools, the integrations, the testing, and the deployment. You just show up to the go-live call and approve the workflow.
What tools and software do you work with?
We integrate with the tools you already use: HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe, Google Workspace, Outlook, Slack, Twilio, and most popular CRMs and project management platforms. If you use something else, ask — we likely support it.
What if the automation breaks or stops working?
All packages include 30 days of post-launch support at no extra charge. Growth and Scale clients get ongoing monitoring as part of their retainer. If something breaks outside that window, we fix it fast — either under retainer or quoted separately with no surprise invoices.
Is the 2-week delivery actually guaranteed?
Yes, for pre-scoped packages where you provide timely access to your systems. The written scope includes a go-live date. If we miss it for a reason on our end, we refund your first month of retainer. We do not take on more projects than we can deliver.
